F.A has factories across the country and doesn't work with ready stock. Every mattress is made to order, which changes the delivery logic compared with an ordinary store.
An order's shipping depends on which factory nearest the customer can produce that model. That calculation lived in more than twelve spreadsheets, outside the store, and had to enter the buying flow without breaking the checkout.
